Does This Google Veterans Day Logo Look Muslim to You?
Kalau semua perasan, ini adalah logo google sempena dengan Veteran's Day kat US semalam...
Boy howdy, Google has done it now! The company's special Veterans Day logo this year, you see, features a mysterious crescent shape. And you know who loves crescent shapes? The Muslims. Yeah, some people are actually upset about this.
As you can see, Google's American flag graphic covers the top part of the "e" in "Google," leaving a little crescent shape exposed underneath. A lot of people would see this and proceed to not give a shit. But then there's Twitter, the blue idiot-typing website:

Saya rasa peminat Ducati di Malaysia memang goyang lutut tengok model terbaru Diavel. Dilengkapi pelbagai teknologi seperti ABS, Ducati Traction Control dengan kuasa enjin 162hp. Desain Diavel ini pelik, memang selari dengan gaya Italian yang jauh dari kelaziman tetapi masih kekal cantik. Ini adalah kebolehan ‘ukiran’ yang tidak boleh ditiru oleh mana-mana pereka lain. Perlumbaan Akhir MotoGP 2010
Hello,sini ada sedikit update untuk perlumbaan terakhir MotoGP bagi musim 2010 yang berlansung di Valencia malam tadi (waktu Malaysia). Juara dunia 2010, Jorge Lorenzo memulakan perlumbaan dibelakang Juara 2007, Casey Stoner.
Permulaan perlumbaan memang sangat sengit dan Jorge Lorenzo nyaris terlepas peluang untuk menduduki podium bagi perlumbaan yang berlangsung di tanah air beliau selepas berlaga dengan Marco Simoncelli.
Tapi gua rasa memang tahun ni memang tahun Lorenzo, beliau bangkit dari insiden tersebut dan menamatkan perlumbaan ditempat pertama di hadapan Casey Stoner dan rakan sepasukan serta juara dunia 9 kali, Valentino Rossi. Lorenzo juga setelah bergelar Juara Dunia 2010 munggunakan helmet custom khas yang direka untuknya. Helmet ini adalah replika dari PorFuera dan bertatahkan dengan 1,800 Swarovski kristal juga diwarnakan dengan real gold paint.
Musim ini juga adalah musim terakhir bagi Rossi bersama Yamaha di mana musim depan beliau akan bersama Ducati. Gua juga harap-harap hari selasa minggu depan,Astro ada broadcast testing session Rossi bersama pasukan barunya Ducati.

The Story of Two Frogs
A group of frogs were traveling through the woods, and two of them fell into a deep pit. When the other frogs saw how deep the pit was, they told the two frogs that they were as good as dead.
The two frogs ignored the comments and tried to jump up out of the pit with all their might. The other frogs kept telling them to stop, that they were as good as dead. Finally, one of the frogs took heed to what the other frogs were saying and gave up. He fell down and died.
The other frog continued to jump as hard as he could. Once again, the crowd of frogs yelled at him to stop the pain and just die.
He jumped even harder and finally made it out. When he got out, the other frogs said, "Did you not hear us?"
The frog explained to them that he was deaf. He thought they were encouraging him the entire time.
This story teaches two lessons:
1. There is power of life and death in the tongue. An encouraging word to someone who is down can lift them up and help them make it through the day.
2. A destructive word to someone who is down can be what it takes to kill them.

Five Regrets of the Dying

For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. I was with them for the last three to twelve weeks of their lives.
People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality. I learned never to underestimate someone's capacity for growth. Some changes were phenomenal. Each experienced a variety of emotions, as expected, denial, fear, anger, remorse, more denial and eventually acceptance. Every single patient found their peace before they departed though, every one of them.
When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again. Here are the most common five:
1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people have had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.
It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.
2. I wish I didn't work so hard.
This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children's youth and their partner's companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.
By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.
3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.
Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.
We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly, in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way, you win.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.
It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It is all comes down to love and relationships in the end. That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called 'comfort' of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again.
When you are on your deathbed, what others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.
Life is a choice. It is YOUR life. Choose consciously, choose wisely, choose honestly. Choose happiness.

The 1st Korean Formula 1 Grand Prix
Hari Ahad yang cerah di Kuala Lumpur....sambil tengah asyik nak kemas rumah, basuh baju,gua layan sekali Formula 1 yang tengah berlansung di kaca tv...ok juga sebab para pelumba dapat berlumba di litar baru,tapi ini dah lebih 11 pusingan diorang duk ikut belakang Safety Car...Hujan di Korea menyebabkan perlumbaan Formula 1 yang pertama untuk negara tersebut bermula dengan hambar...sigh... Ok lah, sambil nak tunggu perlumbaan ini jadi menarik, baik gua sidai baju dulu...nanti gua sambung lagi...aite peeps...

Bagaimana gua terjumpa mak lu...
Haha...kite berjumpe lagi...kali ni gua nak rebiu sikit pasal sitcom kegemaran gua sekarang ni...cerita yang bertajuk "How I Met Your Mother"...Kisah ini sebenarnya adalah sebuah sitcom dari Amerika yang mula ditayangkan di CBS pada 19 September 2005. Sitcom ini dicipta oleh Craig Thomas dan Carter Bays yang juga berkawan baik sejak waktu mereka di kolej.
Kisah ini bersekitar pada tahun 2030 apabila watak utama Ted Mosby (yang di dukung oleh Josh Radnor) menceritakan kepada anak-anak beliau kisah-kisah (kelakar dan mencuit hati) sepanjang perjalanan dia bertemu dengan ibu mereka, ini sangat obvious lah menjelaskan tajuk cerita ini dan kebanyakkan scene yang menunjukkan kepada lu orang adalah dalam bentuk masa lampau. Watak-watak lain dalam siri How I Met Your Mother utama adalah Marshall Eriksen (Jason Segel), Robin Scherbatsky (Cobie Smulders), Barney Stinson (Neil Patrick Harris) mamat ni memang Awesome walaupun seorang gay, dan Lily Aldrin (Alyson Hannigan).
Sitcom ini dilanjutkan untuk musim keenam sekarang oleh CBS, yang sudah mula ditayangkan pada 20 September 2010. Gua dah follow cerita ni dari season 1 sampailah season 5. Sekarang dengan tidak sabarnya menunggu untuk season 6. Dekat Astro pulak tayang cerita ni dengan episod tunggang-langgang. Nasib baik gua dapat bantuan dari lanun-lanun cetak rompak..hahaha...So sampai sini aje lah rebiu untuk kali ni..pasni gua merapu untuk lu orang lagi ok...

Rossi Juara Malaysian MotoGP 2010, Lorenzo Juara Dunia 2010
Semalam bertempat di Litar Antarabangsa Sepang kita dapat menyaksikan Toni Elias dan Jorge Lorenzo yang berjaya merangkul gelaran juara dunia bagi kategori masing-masing iaitu Moto2 dan juga MotoGP. Rossi yang memenangi perlumbaan semalam dalam kategori MotoGP hanya dapat berpuas hati dengan tempat ketiga bagi keseluruhan senarai pelumba. Semalam juga adalah kali terakhir untuk kita menyaksikan juara 9 kali itu berlumba untuk pasukan Fiat Yamaha. Pada musim depan beliau akan berlumba bersama Nicky Haden, juara 2006 bersama pasukan Ducati. Apa pun kita ucapakan tahniah kepada Lorenzo yang berjaya merangkul gelaran dunia, dan berharap pada musim depan Rossi yang akan bergandingan dengan jentera Ducati dapan memberikan cabaran yang lebih sengit kepada Lorenzo, Pedrosa, Stoner dan pengganti beliau untuk pasukan Fiat Yamaha dan pelumba yang sedang meningkat naik Ben Spies.

MotoGP sudah kembali menghangatkan litar kebanggaan Malaysia, Litar Sepang. Mula dari hari isnin lepas KLCC dah penuh dengan motorsikal kuasa tinggi dipamerkan kat sini...Kat Esplanade ada team Fiat Yamaha, kat Centre Court plak team Ducati..Semalam gua tak sempat nak jumpa Jorge Lorenzo, habis keje lewat sangat...Tapi nasib baik dapat jumpa Nicky Haden juara MotoGP tahun 2006...Boleh tahan friendly jugak mamat tu...Mamat yang dikenali sebagai "Kentucky Kid" ni juga adalah salah sorang daripada duta jam tangan untuk Tissot...Boleh tahan juga harga jam ni...boleh cecah sebulan gaji gua..Apa apa pun, inilah antara gambar-gambar yang gua sempat snap semalam...kalau gua rajin kejap lagi gua upload lagi ok...
